1. Who we are
Prodable is a service operated by Onetelos LLC-FZ, a free-zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Prodable”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@prodable.app. Our registered address and licence details are available on request. In these terms, “you” means the person or organisation using Prodable.
2. The services
Prodable helps you keep apps built with AI builders in good shape. Depending on what you buy, we provide:
- ›Free scan — an automated, read-only check of a URL you provide (see clause 4 and our Scan Consent page).
- ›Deep Scan — a fuller report with fix guidance and re-scans.
- ›The Fix — hands-on remediation by a senior dev, including a code-level pass where you grant us access to your code or systems.
- ›Monitoring and Care — continuous re-scanning, drift alerts, and (on Care) a fair-use allowance of fix tickets.
Some parts of the service are automated and some are delivered by a person. We may change, add, or withdraw features over time; where a change materially reduces a paid service you are actively using, we will give you reasonable notice.
3. Your account
You sign in through GitHub. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you use Prodable for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
4. Authorisation to scan
Our scans are read-only and non-destructive: we request pages and records the way any visitor or search engine would, and we do not log in, attack, brute-force, or modify the target. Full detail is on our Scan Consent page. By submitting a URL you warrant that you have the necessary authorisation, and you agree to indemnify us for claims arising from a scan you were not entitled to request. We may decline or block scans of any target at our discretion.
5. No guarantee of security
Prodable reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. Our scans and audits identify issues detectable by the methods we describe at the time we run them. We do not warrant that we will find every vulnerability, that your app is “secure”, or that a clean result means no problem exists. Security is an ongoing, probabilistic discipline, and new issues can appear at any time. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Fixes, audits and Care
Where we deliver remediation, audits, or Care fix tickets, we use reasonable professional skill and care, but outcomes depend on your systems and third parties we do not control. Care includes a fair-use monthly allowance of fix tickets described on the pricing page; it is not an uptime guarantee and does not transfer responsibility for your app to us. You remain the operator of your application.
7. Fees, billing and cancellation
- ›Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to these.
- ›One-time services (e.g. Deep Scan, the Fix) are charged once. Subscriptions (e.g. Ship, Care) renew automatically until cancelled.
- ›You can cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal; it stops at the end of the current period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
- ›Fees are exclusive of any taxes that may apply. Prices may change on renewal with notice.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- ›use Prodable to test targets you are not authorised to test;
- ›disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
- ›resell or white-label the service without our written agreement; or
- ›use the service unlawfully or to harm others.
9. Intellectual property
We own the Prodable platform, scanner, and content. You own your data and your application. You grant us the limited rights needed to run the services for you (for example, to fetch and analyse a URL you submit, or to access material you provide for an audit). Findings and reports we generate are licensed to you for your own use.
10. Confidentiality
Where we access non-public information about your systems (for example during the Fix or Care), we treat it as confidential and use it only to deliver the service. We may present anonymised, aggregate findings publicly; we will not identify your app or share your specific findings without your permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prodable is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data, goodwill, or business. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to three (3) times the fees you paid to us in the month immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the services, or your submission of a target you were not authorised to test.
13. Data protection roles
For personal data processed through monitoring, audits, or Care that belongs to your users, you are the data controller and we act as your processor, processing it on your instructions to deliver the service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For data we collect about you as our customer, we are the controller.
14. Term and termination
These terms apply while you use Prodable. You may stop at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates legal or security risk. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 9–13) will do so.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the “effective” date above and, where reasonable, notify you. Continuing to use Prodable after a change means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai for any dispute arising out of or relating to them.
